Thousands of previously confidential documents from Bill Clinton's presidency are now available for public viewing.  Records include deliberations about former First Lady Hillary Clinton's efforts to get a sweeping healthcare reform bill through Congress.  The effort failed.  Some documents also deal with White House attempts to deal with a scandal involving the Whitewater real estate investment.  Hillary Clinton is considered the leading Democratic presidential prospect in 2016.  The documents have been released by the National Archives and are available for viewing on the website of the Clinton Presidential Library in Arkansas
