(Cabell County, WV)  --  A robbery conviction is being upheld by the West Virginia Supreme Court.  The court announced its ruling late last week, which allows Joshawa Clark’s guilty verdict for robbing a Cabell County movie theater twice to remain in place. Clark was convicted for the crimes but the appeal was based over how some evidence was gathered.  The High Court issued its ruling on the conviction but did ask for a review on the sentence.
