(Huntington, WV) -- Tax revenues for Huntington are higher than initially projected. That’s the word from city officials as Mayor Steve Williams says the actual revenue will be more than 900-thousand dollars above what was originally projected. That brings it to almost six-and-a-half-million dollars. Williams would like to use the additional money on road repairs, city employee health insurance and flood-control initiatives.
