PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP/WSAZ) -- Police in Providence, Rhode Island have identified a West Virginia man whose remains were found last year a construction site.
Police say they were able to identify Phillip P. Seals through DNA from a relative.
According to the NBC affiliate in Providence, Seals was from Charleston and graduated from Garnet High School in 1953.
Investigators say Seals served in the Air Force and lived in Providence from at least 1976 to 1982. They believe he was about 45 years old when he died.
