CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man has been arrested after he strangled a woman inside her car.
Creed Mount, 18, of Lesage, is charged with strangulation, domestic battery and domestic assault.
According to the criminal complaint, Mount strangled the victim twice while the two where inside her car on Oak Hill Road in Lesage.
According to the criminal compaint, Mount also punched the woman in the face multiple times with a both a closed fist and open hand, along with threatening to kill her.
Mount has been put in the Western Regional Jail where he has $60,000 bond.
