The eastbound lanes of I-64 are closed at the West 17th St. exit after a car going the wrong way, crashed headlong into a tractor trailer. The crash happened about 4 this morning at the 5th St. Exit. Cabell County 9-1-1 had received calls of a car going the wrong way near 29th St. just moments before the crash. There's no word on the extent of injuries.
