During a Facebook Live broadcast Tuesday, Huntington, WV rental property owner Matt Casto gives an example of what's becoming the "norm" for the condition of the properties when tenants leave. The video shows garbage, personal belongs, furniture, and an infestation of bugs.
Casto says the apartment will now have to gutted and renovated which could take weeks before it's ready to be rented again.
The rental property is located along 8th Avenue near 3rd Street in Huntington, WV.
