An early morning accident sent 3 to the hospital.
The crash happened at the intersection of County Road 107 and County Road 411 in Rome Township - Proctorville, OH.
According to witnesses on the scene, one car was driving recklessly before running a stop sign at the intersection which resulted in the accident.
One person had to be extricated from a vehicle by the Rome Volunteer Fire Department and Proctorville Volunteer Fire Department. The patients were transferred to the hospital via Lawrence County EMS.
The crash is under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
