Looking for a new home in California?

What's your budget? Does the $200,000 range sound good?

If so, you're in luck!! As long as you don't mind living in a real life 'horror house'...

The 2,386-square-foot home in Perris, California was put up on the market Sunday morning by hudsonandmarshall.com. It's the same home that was recently foreclosed in November after David and Louise Turpin were found allegedly torturing 12 of their children inside of it, for years. The real estate website does not mention any of the house's past.

According to reports, the Turpin's kept their children shackled to the furniture inside of the home with chains and padlocks. They were found surrounded by trash on January 14 after one of the daughters was able to sneakily call the cops.

“Sometimes I wake up and I can’t breathe because of how dirty our house is,” the teen said in the 911 call.

The most recent appraisal by Riverside County claimed the four-bedroom home was worth $353,138. The real estate website listed the home online with a minimum bid of $177,255. An inspection report from the home listed it's conditions as "fair".

David and Louise Turpin will face a total of 88 felony charges including torture, child cruelty, and false imprisonment on September 3, 2019.
