Congress Adopts Bills to Support Human Rights in Hong Kong

A bill supporting human rights in Hong Kong is on its way to the president's desk after The House overwhelmingly passed the measure after a Tuesday Senate vote.

The bill will require regular reviews of Hong Kong's special financial status at a time when crackdowns of pro-democracy protests are underway.
